I have received an email saying I have won tickets in a ballot. But when I click on any of the links in the email, they time out so I'm unable to see details or confirm

If you go back to the section in the app where you put your name down for them does anything appear there for you. If not then send an email to the ticketing team for help - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)

Thanks very much @caesarome ! I didn't know about the My Bookings section! found it now and sorted my tickets
