VIP status

my account status is diamond yet my sky vip statis remains at platinum. I'm aware you get much better offers and services as a diamond member in sky vip so j feel short changed as I only just realised! How should this be rectified? Who will ensure my sky vip status matches my account status?

No, not necessarily.  An additional entry in the Prize Draws is about the most which is on offer.
