VIP rewards

I'm a diamond vip member!! 25 years with sky !! My glass tv broke ! I rang sky and was on hold for 2 hrs !! After I reset my tv and got it working I asked being a diamond member one of the perks is a priority phone line to report problems and technical difficulties!! I have been told that it is lies and there is no priority line for loyal customers on a diamond vip as it states on sky website

@Glennelder used to be, but I believe that ended some while ago. Where have you seen it on Sky's website ?

Google and their AI might not return accurate results especially if something like this was available and has been withdrawn.

Almost every customer is now a VIP customer so it would be pointless. My son joined in December and by January he was a VIP. There used to be VIP numbers to call but these were removed years ago iirc.

You can't trust the AI responses on Google search results.

 

The AI will be reading old content from the internet and making assumptions based on that content, as the AI will have no knowledge that the content is old and therefore irrelevant.

Yup, the dedicated VIP phonelines are gone.

 

Do not trust information not on Sky's official webpages or apps.  (Although 'errors' can occur there)

 

'AI' searches can be useful but can give 'inaccurate' information.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Your son might be a vip member now but I am a diamond vip member with sky for 25 years that's why I thought there was a perk for being loyal
