Still no good offers for 18 years of cust

Well got an offerthrough email regarding my TV contract whhich has been cancelled, it differ3d by 3 pounds, asked about current netflix premium discount and it was no go asked about bundle discount for taking out a broadband  and again was no nothing, they really are inconsistent with what they say and offer in facthe one thing I would say about Sky cust services and their retention team is how iconsistantly inconsistant they are.Quick question is skystreamconsider3d a different contract to Q, what would happen if I requested a sky stream contract instead.

I don't know what that means. You can certainly switch from Sky Q to Stream.

Hi @Sprucey1974   No problem switching, just be aware that it will probably be the same price per month. Switching to Stream doesn't mean you will get new customer discounts. They are reserved for new to Sky TV completely.
