I tried to redeem my vip reward for Cadburys chocolate at Tesco and it was not recognised at till. Customer services said they didn't work for anyone. Any idea how to use it?

Was it the case that it wouldn't scan, f so did they not try and enter it manually as they are wrong when they say they are not working for anyone because if that was the case there would be floods if complaints on here about them and there are hardly any.

Would not scan and manually didn't work. The girl at the customer service desk said none work at Tesco Kidderminster and she had given up with her own code

@donwasere that sounds like a issue to take up with Tesco's then, as it sounds limited to particular stores where the codes can't be accepte.ed

Had the exact problem today my local I got my last cadburys voucher a few months back worked perfectly but the staff told me voucher has been used already but only so codes must be wrong

Sorry the new voucher got on Saturday tried  today to at Tesco High Barnet en5 staff told me it was used codes.
