Upgraded from now and cannot link id
I signed up to a new Sky broadband account and have been sent a streaming box and router (router not set up/installed yet) and I cannot link my sky ID to my account to see my billing or contract etc.
when I enter the last 6 digits of my bank account and my name it says;
oops were unable to add your sky id to this account. Ask the account holder to add you as friends or family but I AM the only account holder.
i have had all my information about my new order and delivery etc to the email address on the account it says I don't have access to. Very frustrated. Can't talk to online help as it says I need to sign in but then it won't let me!!
