Hi there trying to upgrade my phone and its saying my credit check failed does this mean i will need to pay the phone off and look elsewhere or can this be resolved?

You'll need to ring Sky and ask them.

If you have failed the credit check then this will be something you need to look into yourself. You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.

If your pay the phone off then you can't upgrade it as you would then own it.
