Update my email

I need to change my email. But it will not let me do it on my account, says can not do at this time. Been trying for months

@Claire551 if it wont work online give Sky a call if you use your Sky Talk line dial 150 for a free call.

I have been emailed by virgin.net saying they are closing my Virgin Media email address. I have tried to update my email address on my sky account but it states I unable to do so, please try again later. I have tried a few days later and I am still unable to do so. How do I contact Sky and ask them how to update this information ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
