I have had a transaction for £67 come out of my account listed as a sky subscription - I only have a mobile contract with sky I am not a tv or broadband customer and have no idea why out of the blue they have taken this money for no reason , does anyone know why this has happened

No I signed up to be a customer a year ago but due to my adress I couldn't get service here so I sent the equipment back and never actually used them so I was never actually a customer
