I've tried a number of times to update my contact number on my account as the number on there is out of use. I can get through the two step verification but then it says "your number could not be updated please try again later" and I get this every time. I've tried the chat bot but that gets me nowhere. What can I do to change the number?

@Maverick1 you can either give Sky a call, or if you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can arrange for it to be updated via a private online chat.
