Remove the email address from it, you will need to provide another but it doesn't matter what you use. Then log back out and the email address will then be unlinked aloowing you to use it with a new ID.

I have tried that but it's been years since I used my old email address so I don't know the password. I tried doing the option of answering a question rather than emailing me a link but couldn't answer that either 🤷♀️

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

I have the exact same issue and am tearing my hair out trying to get answers from someone! Online chat is less than helpful, the direct messaging function to Sky is ignored and when I managed to get through to someone on the phone they were rude and told me they couldn't help me. So, I'm left without any help trying to get my old account unlinked and thus cannot use Sky VIP etc. Help!!!
