Unknown charge
Being charged £270 for something that we think is a returned tv that Sky say was damaged? The delivery men unpacked on arrival and carried out on return. The tv was not damaged in our home.

What did you return was it a Sky Glass TV, if so did Sky email you to say that they were going to apply this charge ?
