Hi,
My contract was supposed to end yesterday, but I am still charged 38 pounds for May-June, what happened? Many thanks!

Providing you have kept your payment details active on your Sky account (direct debit or card information), Sky will typically refund the credit to you in about 6 weeks time. However if you want the credit returned earlier, once its showing in your Sky account has your account being in credit, if you post on this thread we can escalate to the Sky Messaging Team who will be able to process the refund for you.

Bills are generated 14 days before billing date - completely as normal, even the month in advance. The following bill will generate a credit back to the date of cessation.
