Unhappy ex user

Had scam payments taken out of our bank for fraudulent subscription. Bank has refunded the amount but cannot sort matter out. Have a fraud account number but getting nowhere. I will not add a direct debit because I don't trust Sky. I do not owe this money. 

Is taking case to Ombudsman the only way to go forward. This has gone on since November last year.

What was the outcome of your complaint process?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

There appears to be more going on

herd than what you have posted about so how do these fraud payments connect to Sky and you not trusting them. Are these payments actually being taken by Sky ?

Hi @Tippycat7   Did you complete the Sky complaint process or receive a deadlock letter? This is important because this is required before you can take it further.

@Tippycat7  You mention a fraud account number 

 

so are you saying sky are asking for a payment on an account where the account number doesn't correspond with the account number of your ex sky account 

 

also how did you originally cancel your account (and what services were cancelled) and did you receive email confirmation from sky to acknowledged your cancellation
