Unexpected Payment taken
I have an unrecognised amount taken by Sky Digital from bank account for £7.13 today (April 1st)
Can you confirm this for the additional cost to have Disney Premium on top of Disney Standard included in the Sky subscription?

Re: Unexpected Payment taken
@Mystery69 welcome to the Community 🙂
I'm afraid as we're customers here, same as you, we don't know what it was for. Have you checked your online bill? It may explain there.

You need to check your bill which you can easily do on the my Sky app. However every much doubt it will be for Disney as this being done separately via Sky marketplace and if you are having any other option other than the free basic with when ads , when activating you are taken to a screen to put a debit or credit card on for payment of this, as it completely separate to your tv subscription bill and dose not come off your direct debit.

My first £4 for the Ad free tier is listed on my bank account as 'Sky Mkt Disneyplus CD'

Re: Unexpected Payment taken
Thanks for the responses. Nothing on the online billing, that would have been too easy. I think a call to Sky is needed.

Re: Unexpected Payment taken
@Mystery69 as an alternative to calling we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can discuss it via a private online chat, if you wish?

Re: Unexpected Payment taken
@Mystery69 OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
For the detail of how it works see this guide:

That right any Disney plus subscription is separate from your Sky tv subscription won't appear on that bill and is not taken by your direct debit. It taken by Sky Marketplace on a debit or credit card that details you must have given you activated you Sky Disney plus app.
