Understanding Netflix on my Bill

I pay for 'Netflix Standard' as well as 'Sky Ultimate TV - Sky Entertainment with Netflix'. Am I being charged twice for Netflix?

My understanding is that the ultimate TV addon now gives you NetFlix Basic and you can uplift it with additional subs.  (So to standard in this case)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Both are via Sky. I am charged a single amount on my monthly bill but the breakdown specifies both the Netflix Standard and Sky Ultimate TV - Sky Entertainment with Netflix
