Hi,my sky is blocked, they send me an email that's I still have outstanding to pay and it's not rhgit, I'm up to date with payments, they don't alow me to speak to the customer services to understand what's going on, Defoe I'm paying the 170 outstanding, there is any way I can contact them to understand my bill??

If it doesn't help, your best,bet is to pay what Sky say you owe. Then you'll be able to speak to them. If they've made a mistake, obviously they'll make a refund.
