Unauthorised payment

A payment of £190.11 was taken from my card without authorisation by me. My direct debit is set up with a different account to the account that the card is registered to. I have been told that the payment will be refunded but nothing has been refunded. 
the payment is also still pending 3 days after it was taken and not claimed yet by sky. 
I can't seem to get in writing from sky that they have made a mistake and only by phone.

If it's pending then a refund is not possible, it's possible that it won't be taken and the money held by your bank in the pending state is simply released back to your account. Out of interest do you know what this was for? Is there anything showing on the 'your orders' section of your account?

@Mikey19781  Did you setup your Direct debit at least 14 days before payment was due?   If not it won't take effect until the following month as the billing for this month would have started already.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
