Pay off old contract

Long story short I was going to send my old phone back to cover the rest of the price but it didn't get to them.

I've got £130 to pay for my old phone, page doesn't work online and when I try to pay over the phone the only option is to pay my bill, not pay off the old phone. 

This has been frustrating from begining end and will not be using sky mobile again once this contract has ended.

I hope somebody can help and thanks in advance

You will need to call about this so when you do try stay silent and hopefully that will be enough to direct your call through to someone who can then help you with this.
