Unable to upgrade Disney+ after linking account
I just linked my Disney+ account with Sky and activated Standard with Ads. All good and linked up fine but I am now trying to upgrade to Disney+ Premium however it wont let me. After I've entered my card details and press confirm it just brings up a blank page with the title 'Were Sorry' and nothing happens. Has anybody else experienced this and found a solution? I have tried on both my phone browser, the My Sky app, and a laptop and every device does the same.

Yes had this issue, tried ,mulple different cards and still no joy, tried all the methods sky recommended and eventually after 40 mins on the phone to them they said oh its an ongoing issue we are looking into.

I tried again yesterday and it did actually go through, so seems like an intermitent issue. I guess give it a few days and try again. Hopefully Sky hurry up and fix it properly!
