Direct debt change of date.

I really hope that someone can help me as I've given up with the sky helplines. Since Covid I've been trying to change the direct debt date from the 1st to the 12th. I have called multiple times still they can't change it, I've tried monthly to change it still can't change it. All I get is an error message. I've spoke to the helpline and told them and they put a complaint in which to be honest it goes into oblivion as I never hear anything back. I have put in a complaint and again they give me the instructions on how how to change it on line.......I have done that more times you would believe.

I'm at wits end as the multi room boxes one of them we have just given up trying to use and the other one keeps popping a message up staying can't connect to Sky Q. Everyday we are either having to restart the multi room box or and the main sky Q box. I'm so tempted to cancel the lot as it seems so much hassle especially for the amount we pay each month.

When you try to change it via the MySky app or your online account what is the error message ?

It says that something has gone wrong. An unexpected error has occurred please try again. 
when you try again it comes up with the same error message.
