Unable to start chat with an adviser

Hello,

Every time I click on the Chat to an adviser button in the Help/Contact Us section, it only opens up the Virtual Assistant and then nothing.

Can you help/advise please?

Thanks.

@GoldenSky

Perhaps you can give us an idea as to why you need to contact Sky. We may be able to advise you on the issue you have.

How do I de-link my SIM from someone else's Sky ID?

Hi,

I already have a Sky ID. My broadband is linked to that. I ordered 2 new SIMs recently, one for myself and the other for my Mrs.

While trying to activate the SIMs , I ended up creating an extra Sky ID for my Mrs to use for her SIM but I accidantly also linked my SIM to her Sky ID as well.

How can I de-link my SIM from her Sky ID and add it to my own Sky ID?

Please can you advise?

Thanks

I don't think it can be delinked but have you activated either of these sims as I presume you want them both of the same account that your broadband is on ?

Both SIMs have been actived, numbers will be transferred tomorrow but mobile accounts appear on my wife's Sky ID rather than mine own which is the primary account.

I was going to suggest not activating them so you could order new sims then try again but it is to late now so I'm afraid they can't be unlinked now.

@GoldenSky   I have merged your post to this existing thread as it is linked to your issue, creatimng multi threads is not helpful.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
