I am coming back to sky after leaving in 2017 but because I use the same email address when I log in it just says that my account has been closed and the new order, bills etc aren't there.
sky is coming to set up on Saturday and I haven't got any idea what is happening because I can't get into anything new on my account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year or more then your account will have been closed so you will need to set up a new Sky ID to use.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

I have changed my email to my work one and logged out. I have cleared my cache.
i am still getting the message that there is an existing sky ID associated with that email so I changed it to my work email to see if I could fool it and it Sally's there is a sky ID associated with that email too.
im at a loss.
I have taken out the account with my outlook email but can I create an ID with my husbands email and somehow get the package shown even though it's in my name and my email?

As long as you sign up with an email address you have used before you should be able to place the order online. It doesn't matter whose email address you use so long as you have access to it so could create one at Gmail.com (Google) and use that if you want.
