Unable to change email address - please help!

I've been trying to change the registered Sky email address as I can no longer use the current one, however, when I try on the 'my details' page, I will be met with 'your email address can not be updated, please try again later'. I've been 'trying again later' for the past 2 months.

Can anyone advise?

Are you possibly using a secondary address, and not the main account address?

Can you change it via this link?

Is that your communication email address you are trying to update ?
