I wanted to order a SIM only deal but on checking the address the SIM would be sent to, I found that this is an old address, even though when I moved to my current address Sky came and installed the dish and got everything else sorted. There is no otion to edit the address, and after 12 years of using SKY I'm starting to believe they're behind technologically if something so simple becomes a problem that cannot be solved fully online (without having to escalate the issue here and/or having to be waiting for a chat message).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour Sky Mobile account is separate to any other services you have from Sky so you will need to contact Sky support to ask them to update the address before ordering the sim.
