Sky Broadband not account number

Signed up to now broadband powered by Sky 3 weeks ago and still don't know my account number. My go live date is less than a week away.

Have you been sent any emails or letters about this order as I should imgaine the account number will be on it if you have.

Just and email saying "you'll soon have Sky Broadband powering your home". Also received a text saying my Sky 4.2 is on its way but when I click the link, there's nothing in my orders.
