Unable to add SkySports to subscription

I was previously able to watch all SkySports channels on the mobile app. However, for some reason I am not able to do so this month. I was told my package was changed. I have tried adding the SkySports package to my subscription but every time I click 'Upgrade now' it takes me to the MySky app and there is no option for SkySports anywhere.

Give Sky a call as they should be able to add it to your account for you.
