Unable to access bills and payments page.

We've recently signed up for Sky Broadband. We've been having issues trying to access our bills and payments page. The page was originally saying it was unauthorized. We have managed to create a Sky ID and linked it to this account, this has opened up the pages but there is no information or details on the page.

 

This is how the bills and payments page looks now.

Is this happening both via the MySly app and when you are logged into your online Sky account at Sky.com

We don't have the MySky app on our phones.

 

We are only using Sky.com to access our account.

And do you see the same blank page if you use an alternative browser ?

Yes. The same page appears on both Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
