Unable to access Disney+

I've been able to access Disney Plus with no issues for the last month, but since yesterday Disney Plus doesn't recognise my subscription through Sky, though my Sky account shows that I have D+ Standard.

 

I can't link my account again now.

I'm not getting an error code. When I log into Disney Plus, it doesn't recognise that I have a subscription through Sky, and just gives me options to choose a plan directly.
