Hello,
I keel getting an error about my Sky iD. Ever since swaplong from Q over to Stream i have been having account issues. When i try to unlink i keels getting an error as shown in screenshot. I have already tried to call Sky and they have told me that they are unable to help.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
