My services were cancelled 17 April but left on a 2 month holiday a day later, before the equipment return packaging was received. We return to the UK 21 June. However my account shows that if the equipment is not returned by 16 June I will be charged £56. How can I contact Sky to resolve this matter please?

@Deesale I imagine the charge will be applied automatically, but once you've returned the equipment you'll be able to claim a refund. Be sure to obtain and keep proof of posting, as it makes providing confirmation of return to Sky much easier. You can, of course, use your own packaging to return Sky's equipment if you haven't received it by the time you return home.

When you return contact Sky to arrange the return - they will likely refund the charge once received.
