Hello,
whenever I attempt to look at my recent bills, I am given an error message which says "this page is restricted" with the word "unauthorised" at the top. I am signed in on the correct account.
I have had a look around for a solution, but it seems that a private chat with someone from Sky is the only option. Any help would be appreciated.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
