That said I wouldn't pay the £6 for the ad free standard, let alone the extra £11 for UHD (which is the only upgrade that we would be interested in), it's a bit of a rip off, especially given the poor content Netflix have had since covid.
If you have a use for the download content option then maybe I could see the point.
I am not sure where you have got the price for Netflix though Sky but they are wrong. I have just looked on my Sky Q box and though the standard with ads, which the ultimate tv pack on Sky Q is £5.50 ( after the first 4 months free promotion), however the Netflix standard boost though Sky £12.99 and Netflix premium. Boost is £18.99. as show on the picture below. Though you have compared the direct prices with Netflix price this not right as with Netflix direct the price quoted for each tier is all you pay monthly for your subscription. However paying though Sky on Sky Q you pay £5.50 for the ultimate tv pack plus the monthly price for the Boost as well, as these are described are only boosts to ultimate tv pack. So the total monthly charge for Netflix though Sky with Sky Q is the ultimate tv pack plus the boost subscription, which is considerably higher than paying direct on on the Netflix web site if you have the high tiers,

This is from my Q box, so same price as you except I'm not on a free 4 months deal.
That said you're very wrong in them being dearer, they're exactly the same. Your current price is £0 for 4 months for ad supported standard, it looks like if you want a boost now you'll have to forgo some part of the free offer but you'll still pay the same as I would for ad free standard or the premium tier. Mine appears to be part of the 24 month Signature contract so I do wonder if either that's wrong or what would happen if I took a boost?

I agree that on my screen the boost prices are the same price for those tiers if paid Netflix direct. May be as you say as it shows that on my screen like that as basic tier ( just the. Ultimate tv pack) is discounted at £0 for 4 months but if select on of the tiers, " The boost" they charge you the full price" and when the 4 free months is up and have to pay for ultimate tv pack, the boost subscription will be adjusted accordingly. Any way I did Netflix though Sky but I cancelled that earlier this year and preferred to go direct with Netflix, as I was on the premium boost and wanted to downgrade to the basic tier. And though there basic tier is 50p more than though Sky if I wanted to upgrade, down grade, or even cancel for a month or so it a lot easier to do direct. You do it on line, no notice period the change take effect from the next billing date. Unlike though Sky you have cancel by phone and you have give 31 days notice each time you change or cancel. And by the look of it apart from the extra 50p on the basic tier there is no real incentive with Skys pricing to go though Sky.
