Ultimate TV pack and Netflix Premium added to account without being asked.

Today I received a message that a new tv pack had been added to my account. I didn't authorise this and don't want £17 added to my monthly.bill. How can I cancel this?

You need to call sky  about this, but unless you you give someone  you know your  account  details,  sky don't  just add subscription  to your  account  without  if on the phone they go through  your  account  details and  password and if it as been  done online  then they would  need to know  your  user name and password to, so could have been hacked but you will  need to call sky, also you will  have a email confirming  the changes
