UHD charges

Hello I renewed my Sky contract and asked for Ultra HD to be removed. It still be charged for and i do not have anyuse for it as my TV is not compatible with it. How do i get them to cancel the UHD costs?

How long ago did you ask Sky to remove it? Could you still be in the 31 day notice period?
