Tv package

How do I get to speak to an English call centre as in India they don't seem to understand what I want.

@Jimcon95 it's pot luck, I'm afraid. When you call you're connected to the next available adviser regardless of their location. Do you have a query that we might be able to help with?

@Jimcon95

There is no number for a UK agent. All calls go to the next available agent wherever they are based.

What do you want to change / add / remove bearing in mind you've posted on the Sky+ board and those set ups are no longer supported by Sky?

@Jimcon95

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that will appear.

That's daft as you have breached your contract and risked your credit score

@Jimcon95

Why? Cancelling your payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
