Tv is on but can’t connect to programmes

I was late paying the bill but paid today. Tv is coming on but cannot connect to programmes

Hi @JVB21 

 

You need to ensure that you have set up a continuous payment method as well as paying your bill. Once the payment has been received by Sky and a new payment method is stored viewing should be restored.
