Trying to update my package and get a better after 10 years of not trying !

I have a whole host of Sky, Netflix, Amazon etc and I'd like to consolidate everything via SKY (or another provider if their costs are not competitive ! 🙂 Can anyone advise on how I can go about this? The sky AI Bot just sends me round in circles and I just want to speak to someone really to get (quickly) to the bottom of it.

Also my signal is pretty bad (son whinges constantly about his "lagging"!) so if there is an upgrade package to faster better performance i'd like this included also.

Been a sky customer for 20 years.

You will need to talk to someone about this so just pick any option that you think might allow you to do so.

@SimonAppleby Sky don't resell subscriptions to all the apps, so you won't necessarily be able to combine all the billing for all your apps under one place. Amazon for instance can't be resold and billed via Sky.
