Change to stream

Hi , When i go to my account to look at changing from SKY Q to SKY stream it says I already have a great deal with stream and then takes me to my Q account package.

i dont have stream or glass, only 'Q'

All you can do is to call Sky as they should be able order Sky Stream for you.
