Trying to update home address but it says i am not primary account holder

Have been trying to update my home address but it says I'm not primary account holder even though I'm a 24 year diamond account holder

Sky Q, apparently I have 2 sky ID'S  one of which possibly being my original I cannot remember the security question for, it asks me to reset password but that only happens for the second id that I cannot change address with

A Sky Q address can only be changed by contacting Sky as you wouldn't be able to do this online anyway.
