Trying to renew broadband

Made a call to sky this morning to discuss my broadband contract, but line became very crackly and I could here background office noise. Their phone line appears to be faulty, what options have I to contact them?I'm running close to the end of my subscription.

It's probably simplest to call again. They have multiple lines so it's unlikely you'll get the same one again.

I'm at end of contract.  Sky has moved me to a new service "Ultra FAst " costing €64 monthly.  I did not order this level of service and want to get another offer

Your contract doesn't end - the discounts simply expire.

 

If you want a new deal then you have to contact Sky - it cannot be done here by other customers.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
