I am trying to reinstate my account - it says it's been suspended but there's no money owed on it and it says you are up and running but still says suspended at the top of the screen??

@ursula01 are any of your services actually suspended or is the only issue that you are seeing this message within your MySky account?

Does it say suspended or restricted and if the later is this via your Sky account that you are seeing this ?
