Trying to place order

I don't think I have ever been a Sky customer but when I tried to place an order it said 'Welcome back' This meant that I wasn't allowed to get the £15/month deal as it's only for new customers. Can't find a phone number anywhere and the auto-bot doesn't understand my query.

Is there such a thing as a phone number, or even a chat box where you speak to a human?

When the bot asks you anything try saying nothing and remain on the line as it might then direct you through to an adviser.
