Trying to pay bill but amount isn’t coming up

My broadband is blocked and I'm trying to pay the bill as I have had money troubles lately but when I click to pay £0.00 comes up as well as the bill so I can't pay the amount. I've looked for help but there's no number that comes up and the online support doesn't help at all
