Trying to get refund

I was charged for another month after my contract ended and I didn't know I needed to cancel the debit direct. How can I claim the refund? Thanks!

Do you now see a credit on your account and if you do we can get you some help via here to get it refunded but your direct debit needs to be in place.

There's no credit, but my bank account states I have been charged even though I didn't have to pay for another month.

As and when a credit shows we can get you help. Billing continues throughout your notice period so it's usually for a payment being required after you cancel.

If you have now left Sky when was your last day with them ?
