Trying to add manager

I have just migrated from Sky Q to Sky Glass and am trying to update the apps. I have Sky Go.

I want to add my wife as Manager and have sent her the invite from my My Sky app. She receives the invite to her email account but continuously gets a 'technical difficulties' message whenever she clicks the link.

How can I add her?

I would guess the only other way around this would be to set her up her own Sky ID as per this:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

 

Making sure it is linked to your account as she would be a secondary user so she will be able to do and access most things apart from viewing the bill and cancelling.

Unfortunately the point is that I want her to have the functionality that is being offered.

In that case all you can do is to call Sky to speak to their ID team about this.
