Trying to Renew

I'm trying to use Messenger, but it always shows as Sorry, Sky Messenger is currently unavailable, when I try and go to 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/recontract/newdeal and enter my code it always goes to

 

Sorry but we are having technical difficulties.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with your order. Please try again later or call

I've tried different browsers, and even tried on my phone, always the same errors, I am logged in.

You're going to have to call, I'm afraid. The likelihood is that you'll be able to secure a better deal anyway by calling and speaking to the cancellations/retentions team.

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

when I click Message Us on the website it takes me back to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility with Message Us greyed out.

Have you registered with the Accessibility team? You need to do that first.

I can't seem to edit my post, but I have an email from the team on  Tue, 21 Jul 2020, 15:20 titled Welcome from Sky's Accessibility team, so I'm sure I'm on their list

Try the messaging option again tomorrow - it's closed now. If it's greyed I imagine it's an indication that all the messaging agents are busy.
