No that's not possible.
Skys system only allows you to have 1 Sky TV service at an address therefore to order Sky Stream or Sky Glass they are to cancel the Sky Q subscription.
The only option is to cancel Sky Q and order Sky Stream and then within the 31 day cooling off period make the decision if you want to keep Sky stream or switch back to Sky Q. This really needs to be done during the 31 day cooling off period as after that Sky would have requested you said back the Sky Q box, after which if you tried to switch back yoh would lose Sky Stream immediately and have to wait for a Sky engineer to deliver a new Sky Q box back to you.
