Transferring account into my name

My husband has recently passed away and the sky account is in his name. Can I transfer it into my name? To continue as before

It provides a Message option (available from 0900) and a dedicated phone number.

In your situation you can transfer the account. IIRC you need to talk to the accessibility team who have the correct training
