I've transferred over to sky and they said due to contract ending with over company they would refund the difference how do I go about getting this back? Thanks

You need to make sure you send a copy of your final bill with the early termination charge clearly shown.

To a limit of £100 for broadband, and another £100 for (some) subscription television.
